Day 1:
Arrival of the group in CHIANCIANO TERME, thermal resort rich in minerals waters with curative action, located at about 550 metres above sea level. Surrounded by wooded hills of oak, beech and chestnuts, characterized by a mild climate and immersed in a healthy and uncontaminated environment, Chianciano Terme has kept in its internal a significant amount of green parks, spa and public gardens, villas and hotels, therefore it is today among the most important spas and resort in Europe. Accommodation in hotel, dinner and overnight.
 
Day 2:
After breakfast, departure for a full-day guided visit of ASSISI, Saint Francis' birthplace with the cathedral dedicated to him and the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli with its beautiful historical centre and continuation with PERUGIA, main-town of the Umbria Region in the afternoon. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
 
Day 3:
After breakfast, departure for a day excursion SIENA/S. GIMIGNANO. Upon arrival in Siena guided visit of this town, famous for its " Palio", that takes place every year on the main square, Piazza del Campo. City tour with its most important monuments: S. Domenico, Gothic basilica in which you can admire the Chapel and the relic of S. Caterina da Siena, Piazza Salimbeni where the historical seat of the Monte dei Paschi di Siena Bank lies and other Gothic-Renaissance buildings. Then continuation of the journey to San Gimignano with its famous ancient walls around the town and a number of Watch Towers of the 11th century. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
 
Day 4:
After breakfast, departure to FLORENCE. Upon arrival half-day guided tour with its most important monuments: Piazza del Duomo, Giotto Tower-bell, S. Maria del Fiore Cathedral, Piazza della Signoria with its Palazzo Vecchio, S. Croce Church and the Florentine-Gothic masterwork: the Ponte Vecchio. Afternoon at leisure in this town for optional visits and/or shopping. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
 
Day 5:
After breakfast, departure for a full-day excursion to PISA and LUCCA. In Pisa guided visit of Piazza del Duomo , well known as “Piazza dei Miracoli”, where you can admire the Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral, the Baptistery and the Cemetery, symbolically the three fundamental moments in men’s life: Birth (Baptistery),  Life (Cathedral) and Death (Cemetery). Afterwards, continuation to Lucca for a guided walking tour through Piazza S. Michele in Foro characteristic centre of the town life, and its Romanic Church, one of the most typical examples of the Pisan-Luccan architecture, the S. Martino Dom, the National Pinacoteca,the characteristic medieval streets Via degli Antiquari and Via Fillungo, Piazza del Mercato and walk on the beautiful walls of the town dating back to the XVI century. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
 
Day 6:
After breakfast, departure to ROME. On the way stop in ORVIETO: probably Umbria's most peculiar town, built high up on a volcanic rock of tufa-stone, it was founded by the Etruscans more than 2700 years ago. In spite of the destruction by the Romans in 264 b.C. many remains of its ancient civilization have come back to light. A footpath along the rock offers a remarkable view over one of the largest excavation areas, a cemetery dating back to the second century b.C. In the heart of the late medieval town lies one of Italy's most astonishing late gothic churches, the Cathedral of St Mary. The sanctuary was built to celebrate the precious relic of Bolsena, a piece of altar cloth with the blood-stains of Jesus Christ. The side-chapel of San Brizio boasts a superb cycle of frescoes painted by the renaissance master Luca Signorelli: the theme is the Apocalypse, most famous the scene of the Resurrection and, needless to tell, the Doomed in Hell. Continuation to the surroundings of ROME. Accommodation in hotel, dinner and overnight.
 
Day 7:
After breakfast full-day guided visit CLASSICAL ROME with the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, one of the most fancy squares of Rome with Bernini’s magnificent Four River Fountain, Piazza del Popolo and the famous Trevi Fountain and Piazza di Spagna, this one lying in the most beautiful commercial centre of the city at the feet of the Spanish Steps. Return to the hotel late in the afternoon, dinner and overnight.
 
Day 8:
After breakfast guided visit of ST. PETER’S Basilica, built on the tomb of the apostle Peter and nowadays is able to welcome 20.000 believers. It is characterized by large decorations with mosaics and houses some of the most famous art works, such as the Baldacchino by Bernini and the statue of the Pietà by Michelangelo. Then continuation to TIVOLI a world-known small town since ancient times for its soothing spring of Acqua Albulea (sulphureous baths). Possibility to visit Villa D’Este, masterpiece of the Italian Garden famous for its water system, the architecture of its gardens, the pavilions, the artificial caves and the fountains. Return to the hotel and overnight.
 
Day 9:
After breakfast departure to the surroundings of the GARDA LAKE. Upon arrival, accommodation in hotel, dinner and overnight.
 
Day 10:
After breakfast, departure and end of our services.
