Our rates are based on your needs.

If you change your mind or need to cancel your booking, you can do so without charge or even modify your reservation.

FEATURES OF OUR RATES:
During the season, the customer will find different types of rates advertised on the website. Depending on the date of booking confirmation, different conditions will apply.

The rate information is available to the customer at all times, from the beginning of the booking process until the final step, the confirmation of the reservation.

During the reservation confirmation process, the customer will accept the terms and conditions of the selected rate. The terms and conditions accepted by the customer will also be included in the reservation confirmation.

FOR RESERVATIONS CONFIRMED BEFORE 26/04/2023, THE FOLLOWING RATES APPLY:
Pay Now Rate

The total amount of the reservation must be paid at the time of confirmation through the payment gateway with a credit/debit card. This rate does not allow modifications. If the reservation is cancelled, the customer will need to cancel it and make a new booking at the current prices on the website, and no expired offers or discounts will be applied.
In case of cancellation, the reservation amount will be credited to a Prinsotel card, which can only be used for stays in 2023, at any hotel in Mallorca or Menorca. If the customer does not show up at the hotel (No-Show), the total amount of the reservation will be charged, and no refunds will be made.

Flexible Rate

This rate does not require prepayment or deposits and offers the highest flexibility for modifications and cancellations.
At the time of booking, the customer must provide their credit card number solely to guarantee the stay. The full payment for the reservation will be made during the check-in process at the hotel; no automatic charges will be applied.
The same credit card used during the booking process will be used to charge for cancellations with penalties or No-Show as specified below.
Modifications and cancellations can be made without any charges up to 72 hours (3 days) before the hotel check-in date.
Any modifications will apply to the new rates available at the time of the change, whether higher or lower.
For cancellations requested within 3 days before check-in, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. The same applies if the reservation is modified and subsequently cancelled.
If the customer does not show up at the hotel (No-Show), the penalty will be charged to the provided credit card for the total amount of the reservation.

FOR RESERVATIONS CONFIRMED AFTER 26/04/2023, THE FOLLOWING RATES APPLY:
Pay Now Rate

The full payment is required at the time of booking, processed and debited from the authorised credit card account. This rate does not allow modifications or changes. There will be no refunds for cancellations, and no refunds will be made if the customer does not show up at the hotel (No-Show).

Flexible Rate (with prepayment)

This flexible rate requires full payment for the stay at the time of booking.
Modifications or cancellations can be made without any charges up to 72 hours (3 days) before the hotel check-in date.
Any modifications will apply to the current rates available on the website.
Cancellations made within 72 hours or more prior to the arrival date will not incur any cancellation fees, and the total amount already charged will be refunded directly to the account within 2-3 business days.
Cancellations received within 72 hours or less before the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation penalty equivalent to the total stay amount, and no refunds will be made. If the customer does not show up at the hotel (No-Show), the penalty will be charged for the total amount of the stay, and no refunds will be made.

FOR RESERVATIONS CONFIRMED AFTER 01/08/2023 ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RATES:
Pay Now Rate

Full payment is required at the time of booking. The payment will be processed and debited from the authorized card account. This rate does not accept modifications or changes. In case of cancellation, no refunds will be offered. If the customer does not show up at the hotel (No-Show), no refund will be made.

Flexible Rate

No prepayment or deposits are required. It is the most flexible rate for modification and cancellation. At the time of booking, the customer must enter their card number, solely to guarantee their stay. The full payment for the reservation will be made at the time of check-in; no automatic charges will be executed.
The payment for the stay will be made immediately during the check-in process at the hotel. The card used in the reservation process will be used for charging penalties for cancellations or no-shows as specified below. Modifications and cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours (1 day) before the hotel check-in. For modifications, new rates available at the time of the change will apply, whether they are higher or lower. For cancellations, if requested within the 3 days prior to check-in, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. The total amount will also be charged if the reservation is modified and subsequently cancelled. In the event that the customer does not show up at the hotel (No-Show), the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty to the provided card.

FOR RESERVATIONS CONFIRMED WITH THE FOLLOWING RATES:
Voucher refundable Rate

The booking amount of the Voucher Rate that has already been paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. In case of requesting changes in the reservation, a Prinsotel voucher card will be sent to make a new reservation.The balance of the Prinsotel Voucher can only be used for a new reservation in 2024

By selecting the rate and making the reservation, you agree to the modification and cancellation conditions.

You will be required to present a credit card when staying at the hotel, which will be used to cover any additional charges incurred during your stay. At the time of check-out, only the incurred amount during the stay will be charged to this credit card.

Prinsotel only accepts the marketing of its product to end customers or authorised distributing companies (agencies, OTA's, tour operators) with valid contracts. Any marketing outside these conditions will be considered fraudulent and cancelled.

To manage modifications and/or cancellations of web reservations, please contact the Call Center at (+34) 971 706 076.

For cancellations, you can also manage them through the Customer Area "My reservation" on the website, simply by following these steps:

1. Access "My reservation".
2. Enter the booking ID and the email address.
3. Select the "Cancel" option.

Booking conditions with children:

Children under 2 years are free when sharing a room with adults, as long as the maximum occupancy of the room allows it; meals not included. Free cribs, subject to availability.
Children and infants must be included in the booking

Credit cards accepted:

Visa and Mastercard. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of credit cards prior to arrival.

The hotel reserves the right to request at check-in both the credit card with which the reservation was made, as well as the identification document of the person who owns it, in case of being different, the previous charge can be reversed and require a new payment.

Check-in and check-out hours:

Tickets from 2:00 p.m. Departures until 12:00 hours.

Prinsotel reserves the right not to accept the reservation and consequently the entrance to the hotel, when the number of occupants does not coincide with those reserved.

Tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands (ecotax):

The published prices do not include the tourist tax applicable to stays from 1/1/2018: 4.40 euros per day per person for 5 and 4-star superior hotels, as well as 3.30 euros for 4-star hotels. This tax will be paid by the client upon arrival at the hotel.

Minors under 16 are exempt.

There is a 75% discount for stays within the period from November 1 to April 30, as well as a 50% discount for stays in the same tourist establishment from the 9th day.
