These Terms and Conditions establish the terms under which users may contract the services offered on the website https://www.prinsotel.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "website"). Contracting the services offered through the website grants the user status and implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all or part of these Terms and Conditions, you should refrain from contracting any of our services. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user declares:

• They have read, understand, and comprehend what is stated herein.
• They accept the obligations set forth herein.
• They are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to contract the services.

In addition, apart from Prinz Hoteles, S.A., you can also book and find hotel information on this website for the following Prinsotel Group hotels:

These entities will hereinafter be collectively referred to as the "owner" or the "Prinsotel Group."

Purpose and Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the use of the content and services offered to users who visit or make bookings through the website.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively and with precedence over any other terms to all commercial transactions relating to the services offered on the website.

The contractual language shall be Spanish. Should the user choose another language for concluding the contract, in the event of any discrepancies between the Spanish version of these Terms and Conditions and the version selected by the user, the Spanish version shall prevail.

Communication Between the Parties

The user accepts that notifications and communications from the website owner may be validly made via the electronic means or phone numbers provided when opening their user account or booking a service.

Such electronic communications shall have full legal effect, unless otherwise required by imperative legal provisions.

Our Liability

The website markets services in compliance with European legislation and disclaims any liability arising from legal provisions applicable outside Europe.

The website owner accepts no liability for (i) losses not directly attributable to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, (ii) dissatisfaction based on the user's personal expectations, or (iii) indirect or consequential damages.

User Obligations

By booking any of our services, the user becomes subject to these Terms and Conditions. The user declares to be of legal age and to possess the necessary legal capacity to enter into contracts.

During the registration and/or booking process, the user undertakes to provide complete and accurate personal information required to process the service booking.

The user is also responsible for taking reasonable steps to safeguard passwords, banking data and other personal information, preventing third-party access.

The user also agrees not to make any false or fraudulent bookings. In case of reasonable doubt, the owner reserves the right to reject such a booking.

Passports and Visas

All travellers, including minors, must carry valid personal and family documentation (passport or national ID card) in accordance with applicable law. Travellers are responsible for obtaining visas, vaccination certificates and other required travel documents.

Minors under 18 must carry written authorisation signed by their parents or legal guardians, which may be requested by the authorities.

Should a visa be denied due to personal reasons, or entry be refused due to missing documentation, the hotel declines all responsibility. Any related expenses shall be borne by the traveller, and the “no-show” terms and conditions shall apply.

Booking Services

Users may make bookings as guests or as registered users. The data collected during both processes shall be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Finalising a booking implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as agreement to the services, features and prices specified.

Prices

The prices indicated are retail prices including VAT.

The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and the selected regime, with the exception of hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.

The price does not include: Any service not specified, as well as extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc...

Payment Terms

At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of €50 will be charged to the card provided as a guarantee to secure the room(s). This amount will be deducted from the total booking cost, which will be automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Rate and Cancellation Policy

The rate is non-modifiable. To make any changes, the booking must be cancelled and a new one created via the website.

The €50 deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of the booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival via the customer area of the website, My Booking section. After this period, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

For bookings made within 14 days of the arrival date, a non-refundable rate applies: the full amount is charged during the booking process. No refunds will be made in case of cancellation or no-show.

*Obvious Pricing Errors
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking affected by a technical or human error resulting in an unrealistically low or disproportionate price. In such cases, the client will be duly informed and, where possible, offered an alternative at the correct rate.

Special Conditions for Bookings with Children

Children under the age of 2 may stay and eat free of charge, provided that the maximum room occupancy is not exceeded. Cots are available free of charge, subject to availability.

All children and infants must be included in the booking.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 12:00 p.m.

Tourist Tax in the Balearic Islands (Eco-tasa)

Published prices do not include the tourist tax applicable from 1 January 2018:

• €4.40 per person/day for 5-star and 4-star superior hotels
• €3.30 per person/day for 4-star hotels

The tax is payable by the client upon arrival at the hotel. Children under 16 are exempt. A 75% reduction applies between 1 November and 30 April, and a 50% reduction applies from the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation.

Privacy Policy

Prinsotel Group fully complies with current legislation on personal data protection and adheres to strict confidentiality obligations.

Prinsotel will process your data to manage bookings and contracted services, handle complaints, and send marketing communications if consent is given. Data protection rights may be exercised by sending a request to: dataprotection@prinsotel.com

Modification, Nullity and Ineffectiveness of Clauses

The owner reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.

Users will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Should any clause be declared wholly or partially null or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid clause shall be considered as not included.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms or the website content shall be submitted, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts of the user's place of residence.

If the user resides outside Spain, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mallorca.
