Hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Owner” or the “Prinsotel Group”.

Purpose and Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the content and services offered to users who visit or make reservations through the Website. These Terms and Conditions shall apply preferentially, to the exclusion of any others, to all commercial transactions relating to the services offered on the Website. The language in which the contract shall be concluded is Spanish. If the user selects another language to conclude the contract, in the event of any discrepancy between the Spanish version of these Terms and Conditions and the version selected by the user, the Spanish version shall prevail at all times.

Communications Between the Parties

The user accepts as valid any notices and communications sent by the Website Owner via electronic means or telephone numbers provided when opening a user account or making a reservation for any of the services. Our Liability

The user is also responsible for ensuring, by all reasonable means available, the security of passwords, banking details, and other data, preventing access by third parties. Finally, the user undertakes not to make any false or fraudulent reservations. In this respect, the Owner reserves the right to reject any reservation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this obligation.

Passports and Visas

All travelers, without exception (including children), must carry valid personal and family documentation, whether a passport or national ID card, in accordance with current legislation. When required for travel, obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., shall be the responsibility of the traveler. Minors under 18 years of age must carry written authorization signed by their parents or legal guardians, in case it is requested by any authority. If the granting of visas is refused by any authority due to reasons specific to the user, or if entry into the country is denied due to failure to meet the required conditions or due to defective or missing documentation, the hotel declines all liability for such circumstances. Any resulting expenses shall be borne by the consumer, and the conditions applicable to no-shows shall apply.

Reservation of Services

The user may reserve any of the services either as a guest or as a registered user. The data collected in both processes shall be governed by the Privacy Policy. Completing the reservation process implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as agreement with the contracted services, their features, and prices. Hotel Liability

Access to the Website does not in any case imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. The portal merely provides information on available hotel rooms at the time the information is requested. Therefore, if you make an online reservation, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the reservation serves as a booking reference upon arrival at the hotel. Booking hotel nights through this Website implies the client’s full acceptance of all the general conditions set forth herein.

By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept that:

• Your card details are collected solely to guarantee the reservation. Payment will be made in cash at the selected hotel, and only in the event of cancellations or no-shows will the reservation be cancelled and the charge stipulated in the fare conditions applied.
• Offers shall be valid only for as long as they remain accessible to service recipients.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in from 2:00 p.m. Check-out until 12:00 p.m. The Owner reserves the right to refuse the reservation and, consequently, hotel entry if the number of occupants does not match the number reserved.

Prices

The prices indicated are public retail prices, VAT included. The price includes the nightly rate based on the selected room type and board basis, except where the inclusion of other services is expressly stated. The price does not include any services not specified, nor extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc.

Amendment, Nullity, and Ineffectiveness of Clauses

The Owner reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion. The Owner shall notify users of any material changes to the Terms and Conditions. Continued access to or use of the services after such notification shall be deemed acceptance of the changes. If any clause included in these Terms and Conditions is declared wholly or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall affect only that provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. Such provision shall be deemed wholly or partially excluded, as applicable.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions or the content of the Website in general, the Owner and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile. If the user’s domicile is outside Spain, the Owner and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Mallorca.
