Can I change my booking?

No, bookings cannot be modified. In the case of flexible or cancellable rates, you can access the MY BOOKING section, cancel your current booking and proceed to make a new booking.

Please check availability and price first, as both are subject to change.

- If you cannot find your booking with your booking ID, please contact the customer service department on +34 971 706 076, by email at wecare@prinsotel.com or via social networks: @prinsotel (Instragram and Facebook).

- If you have booked through an external agency (Booking, Expedia, Travel Agency, etc.), you must contact them to manage your booking directly with the person with whom you have the contract.

¿Puedo cancelar mi reserva?

Yes, only the flexible rate and the cancellable rate allow you to CANCEL your booking for free. See in your particular conditions how many days before your arrival date you are allowed to cancel your reservation. Failure to do so on the permitted date will be charged 100% of the reservation as a penalty.

Is late check-out possible?

Late check-out can be requested at the hotel reception the day before the end of your stay. It will only be possible depending on the occupancy of the hotel, it cannot be guaranteed. This has a cost of 30€ until 15:00h and 60€ until 18:00h.

In any case, you can store your luggage at the hotel and continue enjoying the facilities.

Yes, during breakfast and lunch, casual dress is required; for dinner, casual dress.
Casual dress: Women, men and children: T-shirts, shorts, skirts, dresses, sarongs, flip-flops, trainers.
Casual dress: Women/girls: blouses, skirts, jeans and dress shorts, casual T-shirts, tennis shoes, dress sandals. Men/Boys: long trousers, dress shorts, shirts, T-shirts with sleeves, dress shoes or sandals. No swimming costumes or wet clothing will be allowed.

How to redeem a Prinsotel gift card?

The Prinsotel gift card can only be exchanged for a new booking. To exchange your gift card for a new booking, please contact wecare@prinsotel.com. The email must attach:

  3. Gift card reference

If your reservation is zero, the reservation will be automatically confirmed.
