Can I change my booking?

Only flexible rate bookings can be modified up to 3 days before arrival. To do this, the procedure is as follows: you must access the menu section "My booking", cancel your current booking and proceed to make a new booking. You can also request the modification by telephone on +34 971 706 076.

Yes, during breakfast and lunch, casual dress is required; for dinner, casual dress.
Casual dress: Women, men and children: T-shirts, shorts, skirts, dresses, sarongs, flip-flops, trainers.
Casual dress: Women/girls: blouses, skirts, jeans and dress shorts, casual T-shirts, tennis shoes, dress sandals. Men/Boys: long trousers, dress shorts, shirts, T-shirts with sleeves, dress shoes or sandals. No swimming costumes or wet clothing will be allowed.

Do you have to book a table for dinner in the restaurants?

What are the opening hours of the mini-club??

Our Miniclub is open every day from 10:30h to 11:30h and 15:00h to 17:00h. (*Times may vary depending on the hotel and the season).

From what age is the mini-club?

Children from 0 to 3 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Children from 4 years and up can be left alone during the activities, but parents must remain at the hotel and be located.

What kind of activities are there for children during the day?

How to redeem a Prinsotel gift card?

The Prinsotel gift card can only be exchanged for a new booking. To exchange your gift card for a new booking, please contact wecare@prinsotel.com. The email must attach:

  2. Occupants (adults, children and babies with ages)
  3. Gift card reference

If your reservation is zero, the reservation will be automatically confirmed.

If the amount of the Prinsotel card is not sufficient, you will need to pay the difference to confirm your reservation.
