How can I book a stay at Prinsotel?

Via the official website www.prinsotel.com. Check availability by specifying the hotel, the dates and the exact number of people. Confirm your booking in 3 steps:


1. Choose your room, suite or apartement.
2. Choose your meal plan
3. Confirm your stay with your details.

Payment Method:

  • Payment Type: Upon booking, a non-refundable initial charge of €50 will be made on the provided card as a guarantee to hold the room(s). This amount will be deducted from the total reservation, which will be automatically charged 15 days before the arrival date.
  • Reservation Method: Reservations must be made through www.prinsotel.com.

¿Puedo cancelar mi reserva?

Yes, only the rate you have booked allows cancellation.

In case the reservation includes several rooms and you wish to cancel 1 or more of them, it will not be possible, as the rate does not allow partial cancellations, i.e. it must be cancelled in its entirety.

Please refer to the terms and conditions of the tariff of your booking. If the reservation is not cancelled before the permitted date, you will be charged 100% of the reservation as a penalty.

You must manage the cancellation from the customer area MY BOOKING

1. Go to the "My booking" section.

2. Insert the booking confirmation code.

3. Select the Cancel option.

If you have booked through an external agency (Booking.coINGm, Expedia, Travel Agency, etc.), you must contact them to manage all the details.

Can I change my booking?

No, bookings cannot be modified, no booking information can be modified

If the reservation includes several rooms and you wish to cancel 1 or more of them, it will not be possible, as the rate does not allow partial cancellations, i.e. you must cancel the reservation in its entirety

If your booking allows cancellation, you can manage your booking from the customer area in MY BOOKING.

Before cancelling we recommend that you check availability and price, once the new booking has been confirmed, proceed to cancel your booking from the customer area.
